“We purchased these ramp to overcome an extremly high lip and entry angle on our driveway. Unfortunately we had not done our homework and we did not think about the context of our driveway.
These ramps are incredibly well constructed and very heavy duty. So in that regards they exceeded our expectations. Our problem came when we decided to discuss their placement with the council. Our positioning on a bend and cars turning right into a street right outside our driveway. The fact that traffic tends to overtake on the inside of the right turning vehicle and into my gutter area. This creates a hazard for damage to car tyres and a collision with the vehicle turning right if the deriver tries to avoid hitting the ramp. The council was adamant about damage, safety and liability risks.
We initaited a refund process with Esafety and to our delight, they could not be more focussed on processing the refund. No fuss and done with courtesy. Definitely recommend their customer service.”
