“Green lantern costume : This costume is great and different to the other green lantern costumes I have seen. I would definitely recommend buying a smaller size than you would think to buy, the xs I would say is an 8-10. The costume looks great although does not look the same as on the photo! The ring doesn''t light up like the photo portrays and the same with the mask, it''s an odd design which doesn''t look too great. I face painted the mask on which looked much better! Overall it is a good buy!”

“Evening of fun and much laughter!!: I was invited to a super hero costume party for a friends 30th at short notice so my first hurdle was to find a costume within a short space of time that didn''t cost a fortune. Having never attended a costume party before this was unchartered waters for me. I googled various options and located the Escapde site which I found very easy to negotiate and the pictuires of the outfits were very clear and realistic. My next hurdle was trying to decide what costume to wear... there is so much choice!!I am quite self conscious so didn''t want anything too revealing or flashy. I found the Green Lantern outfit and imediately fell in love with it. I was a bit worried about getting the right size as a lot of the time you buy someting on line and the size guide is not accurate so you end up with something completely useless and the wrong size.The web site payment facility is very easy to use so all paid for within minutes, glad to say it was not very expensive like a lot of outfits. [...]I tried the outfit on and was pleasantly surprised that the material was very soft and very comfortable. The body suit was not as clingy as I thought it would be which was a bonus. The shading and colouring on the outfit was also good. Nice and bright which showed up well in the pictures which we took throughout the evening, the shading helped to hide any small lumps and bumps and make you look more defind and toned (just what a woman always wants!!)Whilst at the party I received a lot of positive reactions and great comments which were gratfully received. The night was a great success!!The only negative points on this item (and they are only slight) was that the finger straps were extremely small so I did have to unpick and re-sew so that my fingers did not fall off from lack of circulation during the evening. Also, during the evening the zip on the outfit also started to come apart due to the sewing being unfinished so I will also have to mend this before wearing this again to any other party.I have other friends who are planning fancy dress parties in Novemeber so I have recommended this site to them.Overall, I have been very impressed and if I am to look for any other outfits I will ensure I vist the Escapde site.”

“People LOVED the outfit!!: My boyfriend and I both went for Green lantern outfits and we got so many compliments. I loved wearing my outfit and people remarked how good it looked. I didnt wear the mask much, mainly because I didnt want to mess up my make up, but looked good all the same. We were certainly unique!!”

“Comfy and looked great! : I loved this costume being a big green lantern fan I wanted to go to a fancy dress party as him. costume fitted really well it looked great. The only con is the mask does not look great I brought a fancy masaqurade one which was a lot of fun.”

“Green Lantern Costume : The Costume wasn''t all one smooth shade of green like the picture suggested and the ring didn''t light up like th description suggested however it was a very good fit and easy to modify. I''m looking forward to wearing it out.”
