“Order process was smooth (including a follow up phone call) and the item arrived on time. It was for my 5 year old grandson who lives in Australia. My son has since advised that the costume is too big even for his eight year old even though it was advertised as and labelled as 4-6 years. They now have a costume in Australia that cannot be economically returned and a disappointed 5 year old !”
