The Fresh Sea and Salty Sand GF is formulated for an oily skin prone to congestion and breakouts as it provides a gentle exfoliation whilst balancing and regulating oil flow with antibacterial properties.
If you don't have oily/congested skin, perhaps another Gentle-Foliant would be better suited as each have benefits to treat different concerns!
The Volcanic Sand GF will provide a burst of hydration to help balance normal to oily skin, while the Rose & Bamboo GF is for a 'true dry' skin lacking oil, and will leave a nourishing barrier on the skin once removed.

When I was previously using standard supermarket products, I was using a scrub-based cleanser everyday, & my skin was still so dull & congested.
Since switching to esmi, I now only need to use this gentle-foliant twice a week (in combination with the Uncomplicated Cleanser as daily), & my skin has never looked better!
I also love that this gentle-foliant isn’t strongly scented (I’m sensitive to fragrance), & I love the slightly warm/spicy smell of the native Mountain Pepper.”
