I have so many other Esmi products which I love and have never had issues with the packaging but this dropper isn't the same. If I'm lucky I get enough product out for one eye a day and then I have to try and tip the bottle upside down and shake vigorously for another application! We have found that there is actually a little trick to the Eye Serum droppers.
To fill the glass dropper, you must squeeze the top of the dropper (white part) BEFORE you put it into the bottle. If you squeeze the dropper whilst inside the bottle, it creates an air bubble and the dropper will only pick up the air. You can find this information in the 'How to use' section on the product page ☺
