Thanks so much for your recent product review, I'm sorry to hear your feedback regarding the Skin Mylck plus Anti Redness. Please rest assured we are always here to help.
Our Skin Mylck range has been formulated primarily as a moisturising product. Suitable for sensitised/damaged skins, and contain Probiotic Lysates to help accelerate healing and repair and strengthening overall barrier function, with the 'plus' treating a secondary concern. As these are formulated for reactive skin types in mind, those active ingredients are at a low concentration.
When treating concern of redness and breakouts we would perhaps suggest looking at introducing a more concentrated product with a higher % of actives to help assist with these concerns, something like the Green Smoothie which has been specially formulated to calm inflammation and minimise acne bacteria, and then following with your Skin Mylck would be a more targeted approach to treating your concerns.
Bearing in mind breakouts and redness can be a tricky concern and stubborn concern, as they can be caused by many internal and external factors, and whilst skin care can help with management it may not clear this concern completely. By working on strengthening skin, and improving barrier function we can certainly assist with management.

“I really wanted to love this. I thought this combined with the green smoothie would be the holy grail, perfect combo for my redness and rosacea. I thought for sure it would have to reduce my redness slightly and strengthen my barrier. It may have assisted in strengthening my barrier but that's where it ends. It wasn't super hydrating and it was more of a shiny finish than a glowy one. Sorry :-(”
