This isn't something I've heard before from our Cleansing range, especially the Mylck, as this is our go-to range for treating sensitive/reactive skin, so this is very unusual! The only difference between the Original and the Mylck Cleanser is added Probiotics, which is generally a very gentle ingredient, that helps to aid in skin healing and promoting a healthy barrier function.

“I love the product itself but it seems that the tube is half full. The top half of the tube is empty and I am nearly running out of product. Have only used it for 3 weeks. Only apply as recommended in terms of amount in the morning and double cleanse in the evening. Good product but a let down regarding value for money. Is this normal?”

Thank you for your most recent review on the Probiotic Skin Mylck Cleanser. I would love to provide you with some information regarding how our cleansers are filled.
Our cleanser tubes are filled by a machine which is set to fill the tube to 115mls of product (even though we sell the product advertised as 100ml). The tubes themselves are standard size 100ml product fill tubes and will always allow for an extra 30-40% more room in the tube which allows for the air and also enough room for the sealing process. If any cleanser were to reach the top of the tube once the air is released, the tube would not be able to be sealed.
I have emailed you a photo of one of our unopened Cleansers in the Warehouse. The product unopened will sit at the word 'Cleanser'.
