We haven't really heard of the Skin Shield causing concerns of irritation as it is such a gentle formulation, and being that it's such a lightweight formulation we've found it wonderful for acne-prone skins, so this kind of feedback is such a shame to hear. Would you mind if I ask a couple of questions to see if we can get to the bottom of your concerns, please?
