“Bed arrived labelled Venus, mattress did not resemble the picture and customer service were no help. Would not accept the fact that I may have received the wrong bed and especially the wrong mattress. Eventually had to contact Jay-Be who agreed it was wrong and Esprahome had given me the wrong information. Poor customer service”
“Arrived in record time with no postage charge which is a plus. Wooden slats had to be fitted, headboard and castors but relatively easy.
To be used as an occasional guest bed therefore, as we haven’t had an occasional guest yet, it hasn’t been tried out. Hubby and me both lay on it to test and it seems comfortable enough but have to wait until it’s been slept upon before I can pass judgement.”
“The holes in the headboard didn't match the holes in the metal frame and we had to adjust them. The slats were rough and catching on the mattress so we had to sand them down. Roger Darby.”
“It's comfortable enough but the holes for the headboard didn't align with the corresponding holes in frame. I spent half an hour rectifying as needed the bed that day. Upon closing up bed I found that it didn't want to stand vertically without opening it and trying again.
I though it would be better finished in this respect so was disappointed.
As a bed it's fine. As a finished product it lacked quality control.”
