“exploded view of parts appeared to be confusing or wrong, therefore i ordered wrong part number, i also sent a note that if the part was not readily available to ship the 2000 watt unit, no notification was made to us that they were not interchangeable - which would have raised a red flag, the 2600 watt shipped several weeks later even though we asked for the 2000 watt if sooner, and the 2000 watt may have fit, even though we have reordered the 2000 watt, gasket & knob we are still guessing because it was still unclear to us we were ordering properly, john mackay”
