“Great knock box. Does the job well and has a long service life. I just ordered my second one. The only reason for replacing the original one was due to a damaged rubber pad on the center bar (it developed a weak spot that eventually turned into a hole). The first one lasted almost 3 years in a busy coffee shop that’s open 6 days a week (65+ hrs/week).”

“We bought this to replace our barista basics plastic ABS one after we needed to replace that one twice because it would crack after a year or so.
I assumed it to be somewhat interchangeable for the cutout in our countertop. I even called customer support to ask if they had any info about it but Dave was not very helpful at all and pretty dismissive.
After all is said and done, the cutout is a different shape with non rounded corners.
Hear that Dave? Next time a customer asks if they are compatible, no they aren’t.”
