“They don't have a stable temperature and I've had to calibrate them almost daily and I finally gave up and will not use them.”

“Easy to read. Fast and accurate for an analog thermometer as well. Easily adjustable, if needed. Mine came just 1° off, so I haven’t messed with the temp adjust yet. NSF approved.”
