“I highly recommend this kit if you decide to get the Pietro grinder. I believe this base should come standard, as it improves the stability of the grinder on the table considerably. It did not come with any instructions on how to use it, but it is easy to figure it out. The funnel eliminate the mess that usually happens when you try to dump the coffee to a porta filter or a dripper. I use it every time I grind coffee

“It's pretty outrageous that Pietro is selling this as an add-on to a $450 hand grinder, which by the way is abolutely incredible and brews hands down the best coffee I've ever made. Without the add-on base, the grinder is too wobbly and is kind of pain to use. With the base, it's a much smoother experience. That said, $70 for it is not great, again, considering the grinder is $450. Now, Espresso Parts as a seller are OUTSTANDING! Super fast shipping--both items I've purchased with them arrived almost a week ealy! They also have excellent service! Will aboslutely keep buying stuff from them.”
