“Once you get the hang of it, pretty simple and easy to use. However, there are a couple of concerns with how loosely the switch itself is held in the base, as well as how the ball bearing that acts as the plug can be tossed out with the spent coffee and filter. Overall, pretty happy with these. They might just take a little additional training for my staff on the brew bar.”
