“The gasket they shipped was not 60x50x5mm. It was 8mm. When I called to ask about it, the lady said “it’s correct for your machine.” I told her it was 8mm and the portafilter wouldn’t go on. I also mentioned that I measured the diameter of where it goes in the group head and she basically told me I was wrong. So now I have a couple of gaskets that won’t fit and they claim there isn’t any gasket that will fit, (except this one which is correct for my machine). Possibly the problem is that there are two separate gaskets on the website with the same SKU but with different specs and so according to their computer it should fit.”
