Yes you can pull multiple dbls on a pavoni pro 16.
Just hold a bowl of cold water up to group head for a few seconds after the 3rd shot . Never a too hot shot.”
“I used this to replace the pressurized 51mm (id) portafilter in the EM100. It fits pretty well and the taller lip allows it to make a tighter seal with the group head. The lip is a bit too tall however, and prevents the portafilter holder from locking completely. Not a deal breaker though. Good upgrade for the EM100 (which is an inexpensive 15 bar machine with a few quirks).”
“I purchased this basket to replace the ridged 49mm basket that comes with the ROK manual espresso machine. This 51mm basket does fit in the portafilter, but will slide out due to not having a spring and ridge to catch it. That's not a problem for me as I want it to come out to help with even tamping. I find my shots are much better now that I have a tamp that fits snugly into the basket, something the ridged 49mm one could never do.”
