“We have a gen 2 Rancilio SIlvia that has been in continuous use for over 20 years. We felt that the hoses probably needed replacement (though they still didn't leak). The new ones we purchased went on fine once I figured out how to install them. The end of the hose that sticks into the supply container seems to be a little short, so we had to cut a hole in the bottom of a plastic drink cup and thread the hoses through them to keep them and then stick the cup in the supply container to keep them in the water. They could be a couple of inches longer.”
