“I haven't installed the part yet, so can't comment, except to say I've always had good service and the last part I received (a steam wand replacement) was perfect.”
“It would be nice if such a simple part was a bit less expensive but I was able to repair, by myself, a six year old $650 espresso maker in about 30 minutes for $95 instead of paying $750 to replace it. Most likely, as well built as these are, it will last at least another 6 years trouble free before I need to invest any more $$.
To me, it’s much better than buying cheap machines that also happen to cost less up front but are essentially disposable. I’ve had friends that buy $300 Espresso makers that last a couple years and then landfill them because they are not repairable.”
