“I received an abundance of parts and all the ones I could 'figure out' fit nicely. I would place 5-stars here, but there were no instructions included. Another nice option would be to have videos of how to replace the parts.”
“Good parts, quick service and delivery, plus a reasonable price. I just wish you would add a link to show a video of the repair and where the parts are placed for those who have not attempted the repair in the past. A very good repair site does exist with excellent pictures and descriptions.”

But as mentioned in other reviews, a diagram of what goes where would sure be useful or maybe just a link to a description of how to replace these parts on the Rancilio online. Those sites most definitely exist.”

Granted a diagram would have helped but their customer service and responsiveness was excellent.”
