“I have used these kits previously and they work very well to keep the Rancilio up to snuff. But as mentioned in other reviews, a diagram of what goes where would sure be useful or maybe just a link to a description of how to replace these parts on the Rancilio online. Those sites most definitely exist.”

Granted a diagram would have helped but their customer service and responsiveness was excellent.”
“A fairly simple little group of parts for a DIY overhaul. The tiniest bit of info accompanying the kit would have been helpful however. There is nothing - no list of parts so you can get a clue of what goes where, no diagram - nothing. One can find it online, but why buy the kit instead of individual parts if there's no 'value added'?”
