“Who would think that such a little (and inexpensive) thing as a rubber gasket could make such a difference in a better extraction. So, not just descaling and back flushing, but replacing your head gasket. If you can’t move the porta-filter handle past the 6 o’clock position, it may be time to replace that part.”
