“Good parts, quality packaging (individual by component). Would have been nice to have a work instruction with visual aid from the OEM (if they even have one).
Our Victoria Arduino Black Eagle VA388 uses these parts, but required a phone call to Espresso Parts to verify it would in fact work on our unit. Very helpful on the phone, but would be nice to have the confidence to buy right here without needing to verify.
Past that, the cool touch steam wand needs a rebuild when these parts get replaced (according to the OEM), but were not referenced here. The parts necessary are the Nuova Simonelli swivel nut kit (Nuova part: 01000101.AB) and the teflon tube that goes inside the wand itself (Nuova part: 11740001)”
