“I like the towels, they are soft and absorbent. Unfortunately, they shrank an entire inch on all sides. Some shrinkage is to be expected since they are cotton but they are no longer 13"x13"! They are much smaller.”
“After making an espresso shot & dumping the grounds, I always use the brew head's hot water to clean the portafilter. A few traces of grounds can remain & are easily wiped out. A regular towel is large & the slightest coffee stain looks unsightly. Paper towel use is wasteful & not very plush. This compact size towel in black is plush for thorough drying & will not show stains. While it is easily washable, the stain hiding is valuable because I doubt if serious espresso drinkers are willing to do laundering every day. Just like the right tamper & knock box make the process easier, this simple towel is in constant use & it does the trick.”
