The dripper is a little too low to fit my tallest mug underneath so I may rig together my own stand. But beautiful craftsmanship and expertly packaged by Yama with ZERO plastic waste. “I bought this as a gift and the first one came with a cracked pot, they immediately sent us a whole new system. Then, the stop-cock fell out repeatedly into the coffee pot. Well, I moved and got distracted so I didnt send it back. 7 days after the 365 return policy I called and while they couldn't take it back, they sent me new parts. We tried it with the new parts including a new glass top and stop-cock and it's working great. I love it. And I feel like their customer service was great!”
