“The Yama tower is awesome. The only issue is, the bass for the beaker was to small for the beaker to fit. An email was sent out to notify of us of this issue.”
“I ordered this back on 1/10.22 and got it 3/27/22 I knew it would be a long wait due to supply chain issues, no surprise there. However, as of today, 4/5/22 I still can't make coffee with my very expensive tower.
This Batch of cold brew towers has some quality control issues:
After unboxing the tower portion and assembling my coffee tower. The issues are as follows:
• Some of the holes on the bamboo frame’s top 2 shelves peg holes are off-center.
• The top 2 shelving holes are drilled too small, and I needed to drill them larger to properly align and tighten the pegs.
• This is the big problem: shelf # 3, the notched shelf, is cut too small, or the glass center is too big and does not fit into it the tower shelf. At best it sits on top of it and wabbles.

Espresso Parts Has been nice about it and said they are working to resolve the problem. But at this point, I believe the tower should be discounted for the extra work I had to do to fix the milling problems and for the inconvenience”
