“Once I received the ring, it was clear that the size I ordered was incorrect (too small). I got back in touch and explained the situation. The response I got the next day was that a replacement ring with the correct size would be sent out with the necessary items to post back the incorrect original ring. Though I am still yet to receive the new correct ring, I am emtremly happy with this service.
The ring itself seems to be of good quality and exactly what I wanted instead of wearing an expensive wedding band everyday.”
