“Contacted Alpinestars customer services to complain about a new t-shirt which had a plastic tag stuck in the material on the collar. I informed them this was causing discomfort, and that I was a VERY good Alpinestars customer historically.
My options were to send it back (with precise dimensions, and no advice on how to pack the product, or to keep it for a 10% discount! I had already told them it was uncomfortable, and had been given a 10% next order voucher code anyway!
Suffice to say I will keep the t-shirt, cut/pull out the plastic tag myself because the customer services were less than helpful, and I have better things to be doing than emailing Alpinestars in my spare time to achieve precisely nothing!”
