“I did my research for, where would be better to buy my jacket, and final thought was to buy from official page even if it was a bit more expensive, because i wanted to avoid any unpleasant circumstances.
But i was wrong. You site was advertising 1-2 working days delivery.
When i got the tracking number i was searcing for couple of days, showing me that UPS didnt receive the package yet. I tried to contuct your support with no getting any valid answer. Delated answers and not valid one continued for 1 and a half week, i even make the thought that i was scammed and i was about to dispute payment from revolut.
After 1,5 week thank god UPS called me and i went to pick up my package. Tracking was still showing UPS didnt receive package.
I worked on customer services before so i know from first hand that this was not acceptable service. I tried to be patient, but not getting a valid answer made me make a lot of thoughts.
All above are documented on emails, i am not going to buy anything again from your site, but i hope this case be escalated and maybe help you on upgrade youre service for others.”
