“The buttons are great.. fi they would work for longer then a month... If I had bought them in china for 20ct a piece (which I am sure are production costs) I would not argue.. but fot the amount you charge, it is outrageous they don't work. And yes, I have gotten replacement buttons, but if they also stop working, what is the point?”
“These buttons were supplied by fluentpet under guarantee because the last ones lasted two days after new batteries were inserted. Unfortunately these did the same and they were brand new! This is obviously a bad batch as I have buttons that are still going from one year ago. Time to change your manufacturer or they need better quality control.”
“The buttons are great, but the battery tends to run out relatively fast for some of them. You guys are great at sending replacements, but it would be good for it not to happen in the first place. It's also tricky having to replace the buttons, since the stickers then also need to be replaced. They don't always transfer so well. While we're talking stickers, it would be awesome to have some kind of sticker modifying options, to match the words we use with our pets. Like picking our designs from a library for example.”
