“Two buttons broke soon after I bought them. Since I complained about the first the send me a second one extra just in case, which I needed before it even arrived. When my dog pushes the button twice in a row, the recording is deleted and it says 'to record a word... blah blah blah'... the dog is then confused as it did not do what she was expecting and I have to record the button again....If these were cheap buttons I wouldn't mind the 'flaws' but for the price you pay for the buttons I don't agree with the quality that I got. I f alternatives come on the market I am thinking about switching...”
“In general the product is very nice. Buttons are functional, work smoothly.
However, I have two large dogs and as for their needs and temperament the hex plates surface is a bit too delicate. (Or my dogs are too rough). :)
The rubber at the bottom still slides on the floor. And the hex surface is small. I can put max two buttons on each, otherwise the space is just too crowded. (But to be fair I must emphasize, there was information that the set is in universal size in the product description. I just hope one day larger plates will be added to the offer).
And the last thing: stickers. I would add some more without the pictures. But again, I know the optimization is still being done. :)
And I wish they had stronger glue. We lost one already.
Anyway, if you own a dog, or cat, not a half- demons, it should be just fine :)”
“I was looking forward to start talking with my dog and fluent pet looked very good in all the instagram and you tube dog talking videos.
Uptill now i am not totally happy with the sound buttons. I ordered the basic box 2 months ago and started with 3 buttons for my standard poodle. Within a month 2 buttons were failing and now the 3rd one does not work anymore. The failing is : by tapping the button the sound is gone and new recording is impossible. It is making a ticking noise. I received a set of two new ones after reporting the first one failing. Very nice gesture and guaranty, but because the 2nd one stopped working soon after reporting the 1st, it was necessary. With 3 out of 12 failing, i start thinking of sending everything back and ask my money back. It is too much money for such quick failures. (especially counting the extra export taxes for europe...)”
“I do not know how to change my first review, so this will be my update. Feeling grateful for the the wonderful support I was given after my first negative review, as two of the buttons did not work. They have now been replaced, and my dog and I looking forward to deep dive into the FluentPet realm.”
