“Schön gemacht, aber für Katzen schwer zu drücken (auch weil viele sehr vorsichtig mit ihren Pfoten sind). Mein Kater hat rasch gelernt eine Klingel zu drücken und tippt auf Signal mit der Pfote auf alles, was ich angebe - auch den FluentPet-Button. Da der aber so schwer geht, müsste ich extra das fest Drücken trainieren. Dabei geht es hier doch um etwas ganz anderes. Wünsche mir eine technische Lösung für Katzenpfoten! Es geht um mehr als die Größe!”

However, the carrier chosen by FluentPet (DHL) was extremely expensive compared to similar processes, with appalling service - did not make the home delivery lying about not having anyone to receive it, just to drop it wherever they decide for collection.
FluentPet customer service was immediately alerted, and did nothing to make the carrier comply with the service paid for - just useless emails.”

“Good stuff. The button was easy to record. The only thing is that I find them a little bit too small. Given that you can put up to 6 buttons in an hexagon I can understand it, but I'd rather put 4 and that they were a little bigger. I knew it when I bought them so it's ok”
“The Tester Kit works well so far. The only thing is that the batteries in some of the buttons (i have three kits) run low and empty after only one or two weeks with only pressing then 2-3 times a day. That is so expensive and disappointing. Are they broken?”
