“So far so good. I ordered from the European site in order to get the buttons sooner as the US site was preorder. They came quickly and it only took 3 days to get Tot comfortable with pushing the button. We are currently working on "Supper" and "Outside".”
“When I ordered, it was out of stock in US, so site recommended that I order from EU site. I did so, and have never received order. I have sent an email asking for assistance and never received a reply. Tracking states my package has been in US customs for 24 days. “Had the starter kit for about a week now and my dog is getting a hang of it, and it seems to work.
So far we have only been working with one button. The sad part is that the first button we used stopped working after two days. It is stone dead. Will see how long the second one works before I can give a definite review. If that had not happened I am sure I would like to give this a five star.”
