“I am generally very happy with the Basic Vocabulary set. The buttons are easy to use and to record my voice on. I did have a problem at the beginning with two of them malfunctioning, but after contacting your customer service team they kindly replaced them immediately.
As for using the buttons, it may still take some time for my cat to get used to. He still doesn't get the point yet and was even spooked out at first when he heard my voice coming out of the button's microphone. But we are practicing daily and I'm excited to see how this new dimension of communication will develop.”
“The buttons are great to teach your dog to communicate with you. Our dachshund was excited from the beginning and is making good progress. We love the hextiles and we haven't seen any better buttons out there. One little thing we didn't like so much is the fact that you can't turn the buttons off, to transport them for example. We keep having to re-record the buttons or listen to them in the whole time if you carry them around in a bag. Also, one of the buttons already broke. :(”
“Sound and recording works fine but too much dog hair gets stuck on the hexons. The material should be more slippery. Also the round button and round stickers drive me crazy.. wrinkles cant be avoided.”
“I purchase these and spend the extra money thinking they would be the best I could get. But I then receive them and got them set up and not even a day later one button quit working and now a week later after set up half my buttons don’t work. I don’t know if I just got a bad set or what but just be cautious when buying.”
“The hextiles are beautiful and the buttons are easily programmable. The only downside is the volume is low. It's hard to hear them when pushed during average household noise.”

“The only drawback to this button setup is the fact that the sound is muffled a lot by being put i to the foam boards. If that could be fixed it would be a clear 5/5 but right now you have to record buttons while speaking quite loudly, but still avoid sound distortion”
