“8 months ago I ordered two cases with belts for me and my mom - Caramel Phone Necklace - iPhone 11 Pro and Rusty Red Phone Necklace - iPhone 12 Pro Max.
First of all, the design, colours and materials are great - no complaints. Cases don't get dirty and are pleasant to touch. The inside soft material is also very nice. The functionality of the belts is great as well, the belts stayed in good condition.
On the other hand, the cases didn't. Not even a year passed and loops on both cases broke. The ends of the loops and main cases are worn out and the plastic is visible, The case also doesn't cover the screen protection, so it cracked right away on my phone.
So as fashion accessories, the cases are great, but for everyday use - not so much. Both me and my mom are pretty careful, my last case lasted 3 years and the screen never got damaged. I don't like fast fashion products and prefer using everything as long as possible, that is why we bought XouXou - not some cheap product. 8 months is very disappointing and not sustainable.”
