“Unfortunately, we had to buy a second one for the same iPhone. The quality of the first one seemed to be okay until a couple of weeks ago when suddenly the plastic started crumbling and only days later the strap broke. As we were leaving for a long work trip we decided quickly to try this model again. However, it seems to be one of the few concepts available that are not hideous and helps to have the hands free. LET'S HOPE THIS ONE LASTS LONGER.”

“My case started peeling within the first week. It’s damaged all over. The cord is very nice but I can’t use it on a different case so I wrote customer service about it. They said it was a defect and they would send a new one. Haven’t received anything but seems to me this is just the quality of the case.”
