“I was really looking forward to my xou xou clear phone case with strap and carabiner rope for iPhone 14 Pro. The product is made of quality materials and is stylish. But I was very disappointed because the carabiner kept coming loose. I regularly took the phone in my hands and I see that the carabiner has loosened and come off. The product did not provide the security I expected from it, which was the main reason I bought it. I had to constantly worry that one of the carabiners would come loose. And my phone will fall into one of the rivers or gorges that I will cross because I was on a trip through nature parks.
And the carabiners have that matte silicone coating that started coming off within the first hour I started using this product.
I would like to get my money back or exchange the product for another xou xou phone case with strap and carabiner rope.”
