“Burgundy Phone Necklace. Necklace - that's what I thought I ordered, but instead, a phone case together with a promised necklace arrived. If I knew there would also be a phone case, I would not have ordered a phone case (also with magsafe) separately. I ended up ordering too many items. Also my phone fell out of the case while I was in an event. Thanks God I found my phone that has all the protection layers on (also on the camera lids), one of the camera protective glasses were broken! The XOUXOU product seems nice and of quality, but things like a description of an item that you are buying is rather misleading. Also, the phone case does not guarantee you 100% that the phone will not fall out.”
