“While the product itself is commendable, my overall experience with the purchase process was disappointing and frustrating. I had opted for fast shipping, expecting to receive my order promptly. However, after a week-long wait, there was no communication regarding the shipment of my order.
Upon inquiring about the status of my order, I was informed that one of the items I had purchased was out of stock. This information had not been communicated to me previously, which was an oversight on their part. It felt as though the responsibility was shifted onto me when asked if I wanted to keep my order, despite the delay.
I believe a more customer-centric approach would have been to offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused, such as a discount on the next purchase or expedited shipping on another item. Instead, I had to endure another week's wait to finally receive my order, and an additional week to receive my refund.
The overall experience was unprofessional and left much to be desired. There appears to be a need for improvement in communication and customer service to ensure a smoother and more satisfactory experience for customers.”
