“I got the wrong size item. When trying to exchange or return, I didn't think the process was smooth. I couldn't get an exchange, the sales had finished and there weren't colours available for my model. Plus all the prices had bumped up. Good way of getting you locked and your monies.
Customer service was "ok". They would reply but not with great clarity so there had to be a bit of back and forth. Will probably not purchase again.
I kept the lanyard I got and got the case from another company which uses a very similar style and quality and far cheaper AND NICER.”
