“I ordered this phone strap in October as the the third replacement strap for a xouxou phone case.
It has not arrived. Customer services have been rubbish and have told me to wait and eventually said they would issue a refund - I still don’t have a refund! I’ve had to write to them 7 times- for a phone strap!!!! All rubbish - avoid buying!”
