“Worst purchase to date. I ordered a car battery, got an email saying item out of stock, so I cancelled same day. I was told my request had been sent for review and a case number generated. Every time I contacted this company I gave the case number which was ignored and a new case number generated. I could not get through by phone as each time the line cut off after being on hold for over 45 minutes. I contacted PayPal lodged a dispute and had to then wait to be resolved. I then got an email saying battery to be delivered. I emailed both euro car parts and DHL. DHL responded informing I need to contact supplier to cancel delivery. Again new case note generated and battery turned up. Delivery was refused but a further email from euro car parts requesting the battery I did not have be returned with all paperwork??? I have finally received from PayPal confirmation my account is to be refunded. I never had any response from euro car parts and WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. REALLY BAD SERVICE RECEIVED..”
