“I chose to have the battery delivered which was pretty quick. Unfortunately, when delivered, the box was wet on the bottom which, the delivery man said was like that when he collected it from the depot. I opened the box and a note warned me that if the package was wet to take it to the nearest shop which I did. They opened it to find the battery leaking. I was immediately given a replacement which was fine and, in my view, very good value for money.”
