“Having entered my Registration Number, the website revealed my correct Make Model & Year of vehicle registration. However the battery supplied and duy delivered was not the correct type.
Two members of staff in the Catford Office were tremendously helpful and eventualluy discovered the correct battery (smaller terminals) for my 2004 Nissan Cube 1.4 Autumatic.
As it was not possible to swap it by delivery method, I then visited the Orpington Branch, returning the incorrect battery and collecting the correct one.
I would wish to point out that at every stage every member of of staff I encountered, personally or over the telephone could not have been more helpful.
In the end.... a good outcome and a happy customer.
