“Too early to comment on the quality of the wiper blade. A replacement needed to be sent as the original was lost in transit. Initial customer service was poor - I was advised to simply wait and see it arrived. Only when I took to Twitter to flag the issue was the matter resolved, and this time the service was very good and apologetic.”
