“Posted wrong blade that took me over 4 hours to realise. Rang shop to hear we deliver the right parts guaranteed answering message. Took it back with my old wiper, no appoligy, but I was happy just to get the right part. Brought it home, couldn't fit it on, pouring with rain in a thunderstorm. Messed about for another 3 hours before ringing the shop again, was annoyed to hear the phone being picked up and then put down straight away before you had a chance to say hello. When it was eventually answered I was told it was the right part and it should fit, tried fitting it again in a thunderstorm, rang them again and was told to go back, fuming that I couldn't go back because they had kept a part of my old wiper, so couldn't even put that back on. Eventually after keeping trying it just seemed to click on. Would I use them again for parts. Defiantly a no.”
“Product good but delivery not so quick. my previous wiper rubber was hard and made too much noise, this cured it. A bit of an issue working out which adapter for my car model but got there in the end”
