I ended up calling the head office to ask why it hadn’t been dispatched yet, they said only the branch can deal with it.
So I called the branch, but they couldn’t find such an order.
I turned up at the branch, with my confirmation email, and with the help of a colleague, took the oil off the shelf and walked out with it.
The delivery system is an absolute disgrace with ECP. I only use them now if it’s absolute desperation. They’ve lost all my trust, after many, many, failed orders over the years. I’ve lost so many jobs because of their incompetence as a supplier.”
