“Ordered a toolkit from here. When it arrived (after a two week wait) it had been opened and there was tools missing. I have emailed and messaged this company several times and had no replies.”

“Despite a 2/3 day delivery promise after 3 WEEKS I have still NOT received product . I have written 2 emails asking for a delivery date. NO REPLY. I am totally disgusted with the poor service. This is a gift for my son, his birthday is on Monday. IVe been left in limbo..do I buy from elsewhere or wait and disappoint him. Also will I receive a refund or will that be as long in coming. The service from this company is appalling..... I'm disgusted !!!!”
