“The brush arrived broken and arrangements were made to return it and replace with a new one. After many emails and phone calls it was replaced 5 weeks later!!!! Customer service is none existent and response time appalling.”

“Good quality brush, the only issue is the switch to turn off the water on the brush, does not turn it off completely.”
