“despite offering 2 working day delivery and a promise to contact if not possible delivery "may be" 9 working days. The only contact has been when I have contacted them nothing initiated by the seller. The 1st rule of customer service is under promise and over deliver whilst euro cell seem to believe it over promise to get the order and then under deliver . As to product quality if they deviler i can then comment”
