“Dissapointed with the service. If items are not held by the local supplier it could take a week as apparently ‘head office’ only deliver once a week. Would help if they mention that on their website when ordering online. Despite a promise to deliver the items direct to me - they weren’t. I had to go back to the local supplier and collect. I won’t be purchasing from them again!”

“very poor customer service. pointed out an error with the website the item was priced for a bag of 25. was told it would be honored. went to collect and was told my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. rang customer service and was told I was a liar and the rep had not said it would be honored. Asked for an explanation as to why it was not honored in an email. Yet to receive it. Poor show”
