“Ordered and paid on website Sept 2nd..received confirmation email saying next day collwction ..waited until Sept 8th to pick up at selected Eurocell branch....went to branch but they had no record of order and no way of checking on system....i was offered to buy it again (even though i’d already paid)..and then try to get my on line money back....really?! i will be calling the on line number to cancel order and try and get my money back ......the most awful, non joined up on line click and collect system i have ever encountered..”
